Shipping Information

We aim to ship out your order within 2 business days, i.e. not counting weekends or public holidays. Please note that items in an order cannot be split and sent to different addresses. 

Presently, we ship to most countries in the world. Should you find that you are unable to complete your order due to your country not having a shipping option, please email us at sales@thepack.sg, and we will look into the matter. 

Changes to Your Order

Should you wish to make any changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible at sales@thepack.sg with your order number and the changes you would like to make, and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are as follows:

Singapore	FREE via our trusted couriers for all orders above SGD 90. For orders below SGD 90, tracked courier shipping is available for SGD 3.50.
Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand	FREE via our trusted couriers for all orders above SGD 250. For orders below SGD 250, tracked courier shipping is available for SGD 25.
Rest of the World (with certain exclusions)	FREE via our trusted couriers for all orders above SGD 300. For orders below SGD 300, tracked courier shipping is available for SGD 40.

Please note that you will be liable for any customs or tax charges in your country (if any).
