Crash Replacement

Regardless of how careful we are or how safe we ride, stuff just happens. Having been there ourselves, we know the pain of crashing and how awful it is. But don't worry, as The Pack has your back.

In the unfortunate event that you hit the tarmac while cycling in our apparel and damaged it, we would like to give you 25% off for replacement kit. Heck, even if you crashed wearing apparel from other brands, we'll give you 15% off for replacement kit as well.

Simply contact us at sales@thepack.sg or our Instagram page and send us details of your crash, photos of the damaged apparel and what you would like as a replacement.
