Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to enjoy our products as much as we do. As such, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either exchange it for products of a similar value or return it for a full refund. In order to do so, please contact us at sales@thepack.sg within 14 days of receiving your order.

All items meant for return or exchanging must be in a new, unworn and unused condition, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for any return/exchange shipping costs but we will cover the cost of shipping any replacement back to you.

Defect Policy

Inevitably, despite our quality control checks, some defective products may slip through from time to time. Should you receive an item that is defective, please contact us at sales@thepack.sg or through our Instagram page and send clear images of the defect. If it is indeed a defect, we will process an exchange or return once the item is sent back to us - we will, of course, cover the cost of your return shipping.
